Friday 6 April 2012: On the Prom
Section 2 of the John Muir Way: Cockenzie to Aberlady. A dreich day at Seton Sands prom, where this couple were out collecting messages and walking the dog.
It rained intermittently all the time I was out, the bus home was freezing cold and empty - no wonder rural services are under threat! Back home for a nice hot bath, then out to see "Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists", and dinner afterwards with S,C, V, R & Sands.
I love Aadrman films, & for me this is the funniest yet, just thinking about the animated map scenes makes me giggle.
I'll be interested to see how this one goes down in the States & elsewhere. I think there's a lot of British humour, and references, that might get missed in other countries.
