Saturday 7 April 2012: Dangerous City
Swooping buggers can attack you even in the city. And shortly after I took this picture, I saw one going for it.
We had a very pleasant day in town, weather being perfect, the child well behaved, shopping not too strenuous.
A trip to Bunnings (Aussie B&) warranted me a pleasant couple of hours in the garden, planting huge amount of parsley, lavender and sweat peas. I hope the parsley likes fertile soil, as I planted it where the compost bin used to stand until last week. I watered everything with a weak solution of season (seaweed plant tonic) and will be reporting on the success or lack of it in due course.
