Saturday 7 April 2012: Berberis

What a difference a day makes :o)

As promised a non fluffy duck blip although I may have taken a few hundred couple.
The day started misty & damp but slowly the bright light in the sky managed to burn it off and left us with beautiful sunshine.

We have spent the afternoon pottering photographing and I even managed to get the back lawn cut which the geese loved. They know that the stuff that comes out of the box is fresh & nicely cut to size lol

The ducklings are doing really well and Mable is being the best mum, considering she only knew her's for 24 hrs at the most. Instinct is an amazing thing.

Tonight with the mist starting to fall once more we have decided to watch a movie, something we've not done for a bit. Jane Eyre is on the cards so once all the birds are safely tucked up in bed we are going to hit the sofa and splodge :o)

Tomorrow hrh is doing a roast lamb dinner. Mouth is watering already at the prospect :o)
