Tuesday 3 April 2012: Deliberations
We're in the throes of planning the second annual Crail Food Festival.
As yours truly is managing the social media, and the role seems to be growing, it was important to meet up and talk through the plans. Lucky to be having business meetings during my holidays! But it's such a labour of love for me now. So want to build a lasting event which brings visitors to the village and shows us in a positive light.
Crail is a long way from other places - or quite nearer to places which seem to be more successful at attracting visitors, so we have to work hard to give people a reason to come and visit.
In the pic the festival manager is letting us know some plans while my daughter looks on.
