Roast lamb

Mum and Dad came round for Easter Saturday dinner and I did my first ever (slow) roast lamb based on a Stephanie Alexander recipe.

I thought it was a bit dry but here's what was left- so maybe it was ok?

However I have to say we all had a great chat, so that's the main thing.
