The Solution to the Drought - more Bank Holidays

The solution to any problems of drought is fairly evident - we need more Bank Holidays! Whatever the weather may otherwise be doing, it seems highly likely to rain whenever there's a Bank Holiday.

A simple Act of Parliament declaring every Monday a Bank Holiday for the next six months should sort things out nicely.
