Had an Easter lunch out with my family in a restaurant specialised in products from Puglia.

On top cheese heaven : stracciatella, nodini and ricotta fresh and unbelievable flavours.
I hope the brave cheesemakers SS dei Naufragati based in Edinburgh will soon come back in business

Bottom Orecchiette con cime di rapa (broccoli raab) fabulous combination.

Read on the Guardian about two places where to buy seeds, I will probably order some ;)
