Tuesday 10 April 2012: Saddle Creek
One of my favourite places in this area for wildlife. But you have to cover yourself in that horrible Deet to avoid the bites.
At one time it was an open-cast phosphate mine but now the main attraction is the fishing and wildlife.
Had a picnic lunch but got surrounded by so many birds they ended up eating most of it.
