Tuesday 10 April 2012: Office toys
A late evening in the office, so searching for inspiration...
About 5 years ago I was on the first incarnation of the project I've now returned to. As with most IT projects they get a little fraught at times, and working long into the evening becomes normal. One such time was about 5 years ago on fireworks night. To break up the evening we went out to the display and funfair held on the park between Cosham and Paulsgrove; these soft toys were the winnings of the evening - lasting much longer than the hot-dogs and candyfloss.
Since then, they have been the project mascots, watching over everything that goes on.
