Tuesday 10 April 2012: Focaccia
My first attempt at making this and pretty pleased with the result. Made the dough yesterday but ran out of time to cook it. Mustn't try to make two types of dough mix in one day. It survived the night in a bowl although it almost overflowed from the yeast reacting. Had it for lunch today and it was pretty good.
