Wednesday 11 April 2012: Pear Blossom
It's hard to choose a photo for today. I have just had a lovely walk to Morningside. Weather conditions are so different from yesterday. Today it is really quite warm, and everything looks very beautiful. Most of the blossom is out now; ranging in colour from deep, ruby red to vibrant white.
This photo is of an old pear tree, growing in sheltered conditions in a lane in Morningside that hardly looks city centre.
