Wednesday 11 April 2012: HELP, Cowal & Bute

Angela Constance , the Minister for Youth Employment , spent today in Dunoon visiting and meeting with employers , Argyll College , Argyll Training and - finally - the HELP project which supports young people into employment and housing in Cowal and Bute , as well as assisting with health and skills. It was originally underwritten by the "Supporting People" funding stream but is now directly contracted to Argyll & Bute Council as well as accessing resources from other places.
