Tuesday 10 April 2012: Down at the dock

Last night was the first time I've been out shooting in awhile. Between not feeling good a couple of days, constant rain and working on gathering tax information on my days off, I've been itching to go shoot! So when I saw there was going to be some color at sunset, I ran down to the local crabbing dock to take some photos.

In other news, I purchased a dedicated macro lens, the Canon 100mm L from a friend who was selling it. It's like new as he didn't use it much. What a great lens! I can't wait to get out and really put it to the test.
