April Challenge...Stairs

Home after a really boring training day where i was barely able to keep my eyes open! I think as much as anything i'm not used to sitting at a desk from 9-5.
There were no opportunities to blip any stairs in the building and my stairs at home are a bit uninspiring, so killing 2 birds with 1 stone, in need of some fresh air, i took a walk in glorious sunshine down the road to my canal.
Hopefully this weather will last for the weekend as i'm planning to go walking. Fingers crossed everyone. :-)
