Pole Star.....

My first attempt at shooting the stars, I think I have too much light pollution at home and I will try this at the caravan where there is a lot less, but I think you will get my drift.
There are red dots and blue dots, if there are any budding Astronomers out there could they let me know what they are, or are they just specs on the sensor.
