Friday 13 April 2012: On the set - take 2!
Awesome day! I am buzzing after having a 12 hour day on set yesterday. The magnificent Hatchepsut Temple was the stage for yesterdays shoot. The terrorist has arrived and the plot thickens. Police trucks, riot vans and a tank storm the temple to seize the villain..
Hatchepsut is light especially for us. Carved into the rock of the Theban Hills, I was speechless at the sight in front of me. NEVER, will anyone experience what I have experienced today. A film with the megastar that is Mahmoud Abdel Aziz and his son Karim. An amazing crew, friends, fireworks, Tanoura, Rababa folk players and KFC!!!!
Day 3 and the final day - The End.....Lots of action, explosions, guns and drama...can't wait! Must dash, almost time to be on set :-)
