City Hall

I'm not being very effective, these days. But I did manage to make it to a friend's book launch (ah, the first book... there's something so special about that moment when the very first one comes out. Terrifying, and thrilling at the same time). But my social skills were not at their greatest, so I left rather quickly, driving another friend and her baby home. I hadn't seen her in a while, so I was really happy to spend a little time with her, catch up, and meet her baby boy (20 months, impossibly adorable).

Then I drove home.

This is City Hall. I love how ghostly it seemed... It goes well with how politics are going, these days...
