Sunday 15 April 2012: It's not easy being green
I think this is the Diurnal Predatory Katydid, (Austrophlugis malidupa). I am happy to be corrected though. It has been shedding it's skin or else it is munching on some other insect's legs. I have a shot of it's mouth inside the thigh if you don't believe me but I posted this shot because you can see the transparent legs better. I found it under a mint leaf and it was a very nice model, thank you very much!
A busy day with Ron but I have now packed him on the train back to Sydney. He leaves next weekend. The FBI are continuing to follow him I think. Hope you all had a good weekend.
