Sunday 15 April 2012: Club Fungi

It is always exciting when you find these ' jewels' of the forest!
This is from an area around Lake Mahinapua.
It could be either a Ramariopsis simplex or a Clavaria phoenicea var. persicina.
Another exciting day finding these gems and being out in the forest.
Sadly we head home today.

Please go and look at the previous 2 days and see the fungi we found.
