Sunday 15 April 2012: One tree hill

I had been scheduled to run the Llanelli marathon today, but a week in India, and then two weeks with a dodgy belly on my return pretty much destroyed my training schedule, and I don't have enough reserve fitness to 'just do it'. So I went for an 8 miler over the ridgeway near us, where this tree stood alone on the ascent.
