Science Experiment

I do like a bit of an experiment.

Although this experiment is more Tom and Barbara Good rather than Dr Frankenfurter.

Give it a couple of weeks and I will share with you how successfull I have been.

Last time I experimented like this, the secondary fermentation of 1 gallon of elderflower champagne exceeded the "bubble design parameters" of the 12 bottles it was stored in, with explosive results.
