Sunday 15 April 2012: Vaisakhi

Vaisakhi is a festival celebrated by the Sikhs to commemorate Sikhism
as we know it today. Vaisakhi was actually yesterday, today we went to
the Sikh temple and this blip of the Nishan Sahib was taken.

The Nishan sahib is a tall flag pole outside all Sikh temples covered
in a saffron coloured cloth, the cover is replaced every year on
Vaisakhi.
