Monday 16 April 2012: Working Hard
....gets you here.
The horses here are the most pampered and well looked after you can imagine, they are two of the Carlsberg horses that pull loads around the town - either empty barrels and crates (as here) or groups of tourists. Another clever marketing strategy from the beer folk, although it can be a tad annoying during rush hour on a Friday to get stuck behind them .....but just look at them, I can forgive them. The driver is a retired worker who has earned the position along with handful of others.
I worked hard too, I ran after the buggers to try and get in front of them - a most undignified affair I would rather forget.
