The view towards Mortlake here. You can't see it in this snap, but on the horizon, directly in line with the roof of the station here, is Canary Wharf.

There's something quite sinuous about the way the railway lines curve around a station in the middle of two tracks.

No traffic on the lines tonight because some poor soul was hit by a train at richmond, the next stop down in the other direction.
