Farewell to the Harmless Child and Devilish Imp

I'd never noticed this Cherub before, he sits in an alcove at the Tron Theatre in Glasgow not far from where I park my car. It reminded me of one of my favourite Arab Strap songs and I stuck in my head for a while.

Got home to hear some really sad news that has left my feeling quite empty. My wee pal Butterbean, our neighbour's cat and the subject that gave me the initial inspiration to start blipping was knocked down by a car and killed when we were away last week. I read a description of a cherub as 'a cunning mix of harmless child and devilish imp' and that summed up wee Butterbean. Will miss you wee pal. x
