Monday 16 April 2012: Larry stands his ground

Back & forth, back & forth, round & round the garden, up, down, up, down, to & fro, to & fro, after this other robin he chased like his whole life depended on it... And between chases he settled down beside me, or on the ground in front of me, looking up as if he was asking for support, for guidance, or just for back up... at one point he landed on my shoe & looked up at me with such pleading eyes... I felt so sorry for him. There's not much I can do about the other robin, just be there for Larry when he needs me! That's what friends are for of course! :) xxx
