Monday 16 April 2012: Fewston & Menwith Hill
Went for a run around Thruscross reservoir before it got dark.
Lovely wildlife on and around the tranquil waters made me wish I was walking and WITH the camera. Geese, Deer, Pheasant, Rabbits and an Owl.
I managed to get this shot on the way without getting out of the car. The distant water is Fewston reservoir and the strange white things on the left are part of the U.S. 'listening' base of Menwith Hill. This is about as close as I dare get whilst taking pictures!...I won;t tell if you don't!
