Crail Chicken

I know that Crail is more often associated with the fine crab which one can occasionally find at the Crab Shack at Crail Harbour, but it's a bit early in the year for it to be often, so we brought back some Crail Chicken.

The butcher's in Crail, Penman's, really is first rate and if you're ever in the area it's definitely worth popping in to stock up on meat and other items. We often bring specialities home with us. The Japanese flower sauce marinated duck breast is another favourite.
