Monday 16 April 2012: Seeing in the dark.
Tonights shot is actually the first test from our live nightcam.
If you are wondering why it's so washed out, the cameras actually designed to see in the dark; it'll be our baby sleep monitor which our parents can also enjoy from around the world (their day is our night!).
Day 15:
My positive experience for today, an email from an old friend.
The email actually arrived a while ago, but I just found it again and took the time to reply.
It's such a heart warming feeling to get an email from a friend I haven't seen in a long time, especially from one as special and amazing as tonights.
It's the small things that make a big difference isn't it...
Today I'm grateful for:
- Communications Technology. With bub on the way and our parents being around the world, communications technology like this webcam will make an amazing difference to how we keep in touch.
- Going against the traffic each day. First day back after school holidays so the roads were chaos... at least they were for drivers going the other way; for me it was easy sailing.
- Internet shopping. While we make a real effort to support local businesses, the reality is that most of the rest of our shopping is done on line. It has made baby prep so easy.
