How to brew beer

Apparently steps 1, 4, 6 and 9 all involve standing around with your arms crossed. They boys brewed 24 gallons of beer - including an orange coriander wit for a friend's wedding.

I ran over to the brewing venue to see how they were doing, then ran home. Got snowed on a little - the weather was great for running. I, however, was not great for running - I haven't yet figured out how it is 'fun'.
