Tuesday 17 April 2012: The Fort

This is a work of art: a landmark in the moorland of Roswinkel, a small village in the North of the Netherlands, close to the German border. It's a fort and can be used as an open air theater. Artist is Jeroen van Westen.

The 'Fort at the Water', as it is called, was built in 2005 as part of a larger art project. Up until today this is the only work that has actually been realized.
