Tuesday 17 April 2012: Dorset Teasels
Set off on the last leg of my Dad's South West Coastal walk today from West Bexington in Dorset. For the past year, he has been notching off sections of the walk and this week I am joining him for the final 70 miles or so to finish near Poole.
This picture of some teasels growing just near Chesil Beach was taken in the glorious sun this morning, before it got a little more extreme with some driving rain and hail in the afternoon. Cracking day though, about 15 miles or so along the beautiful coastline. Looking forward to tomorrow when we will be circumnavigating Portland.
