The first swallow.

Skimming over the gorse, along the cliff side, right here, I saw a swallow.

But as they say, one swallow doesn't make you Ann Summers.

It was glorious in Devon, between the heavy April showers.
I walked the coastal path along beaches and round headlands for miles before driving home.

A combination of good food and banter last night along with solitude and plenty of fresh air today helped to make a two and a half day break feel like a full week's holiday.
Thank you for all your good wishes. It's good to go away, but it's lovely to be back home!
