Tuesday 17 April 2012: Hot to trot
I am starting to get into cooking again....well I'm no expert but I have a few "dishes"...corned beef hash and chilli con carne are really about it.
Michael is a much better cook than me and can throw thing together to make lovely stuff.
I make basics and add garlic and chillis to everything... eat your heart out Jamie Oliver!
Think Mam and Dad are missing me back home...I've kept myself busy so hasn't hit me yet.
