Wednesday 18 April 2012: Garden Fork
We are at our allotment today, trying to get it into shape. Found this very old fork hidden in brambles.
Pleased to say that all of the metal rubbish (and there was lots) was removed by the Environmental Department of the Council yesterday. We had a bonfire of wooden rubbish - so we now have a clear run at digging ......................well, my beloved does!
He's determined to have one raised bed dug over to plant potatoes in and it looks as if he will. I have been asked to go to the garden centre to buy some seed potatoes.
