Wednesday 18 April 2012: Memorial
I hadn't noticed this memorial before when driving down the lane as I usually go in the opposite direction. I thought it a touching tribute to all those young pilots who gave their lives.
The Shoreham Aircraft Museum decided to erect these memorials to all the Battle of Britain pilots who lost their lives within a 10 mile radius of Shoreham.
