Aye it's that river again....

Not a huge amount to report; cycle - work - cycle.

On the plus side the weather was good and I seem to be getting faster and fitter, so all good there. Also the daftie had his big labrador on a lead. It's getting a bit big for leaping about folk, a nice big (almost grown) pup, but it needs calming down a bit. Also wee drinking cyclist passed me earlier into my ride. He's either given up the drink (long odds I reckon) or he had tanned his bottle of cheap cider before he got to the main road.
