Wednesday 18 April 2012: Cornered
Our house is big, but my office nook is small. I have a little alcove in one of our upstairs guest bedrooms where I have my desk, files, printer and laptop. There is a tiny window to the side that brings me sunlight or moonlight, fresh air and a view of the neighboring rooftops. Usually, Ralph is lying near my chair on the rug that covers the rustic wooden floor. I like my modest nook and the privacy it offers. Once I corner up to my desk there is little in distraction but the work at hand. It is here that I write, email, research, pay bills and blip!
