I went to a Greek Orthodox Easter Celebration today. What'd you do? Not jacksh** probably.
Roasted lamb, roasted goat, spanikopita, baklava.... lots of other authentic Greek food. I love, love, love making it out to Gus' house with his wife Athena directing the action.
Brings back memories. Four years ago this Greek Easter, I decided once and for all to quit my job and go back to school so I could apply to medical school. And here I am. Living that reality.
Don't regret it one single bit. Sure I miss Portland.. but Portland will be there when I am looking for residencies.. or residences. Love to you, Oregon.
