Thursday 19 April 2012: Stranded!
We've had a LOT of rain in the past week or so but I was still surprised this morning to see just how high the river was. It was also flowing very quickly taking twigs and leaves along with it. This duck seemed a little confused and preferred slightly higher ground!
Lucy is staying behind after school for a revision class and then has swimming coaching so a busy evening ahead. Rob needs to do some homework as he spent yesterday evening watching Chelsea take a 1-0 lead in the Champions League SF - looking forward to the 2nd leg now!!!
