Thursday 19 April 2012: Stuart
One of the team members from my project organised a team lunch ahead of her maternity leave. When I joined this company parents were the exception, but now I think the majority of my colleagues can claim that honour. Certainly, the lunchtime chats today were about each other's children's habbits and how we coped/put-up with them. Given what I heard today, I almost felt guilty at how well my kids behave in general.
This chap was serving us, and it might have been a policy for the staff to wear Hawiian shirts. After following the M*A*S*H TV series I went through a phase of wanting such an attire, but I'm afraid he carries it off way better than I ever could. I'm sure it's his funky hair that gives him the advantage.
