When will this drought end?
Rain & hail all day, but I still had to venture out as the bike was booked in for its service & MOT, (expensive), & I was booked in for an eye test.

I need new glasses (even more expensive).

The only thing to do in such circumstances is go out for food & beer.

(These moorhens were in Walpole Park, Ealing, as I was killing time between dropping the bike off & my appointment at the opticians.
The feet of a second chick are just visible.)
