Celebrate, C'mon!

Having to back-blip the past two days, after the rigours of two Parents' Evenings.
But now it's Friday - party time! But it looks like the party was over some time ago.
These have been festooning a neighbour's tree for the past few weeks. It's fairly inaccessible, so I wonder how many weeks/months/years they will take to break away or down.
