Monday 16 April 2012: Garden sculptures at Nether Craigwell

As the Easter holidays are nearing an end (me=yippee! son=boo!), I decided to surprise my son with a trip out away from his computer. A tough gig.

Took him into town and we walked up through the garden of Nether Craigwell, pausing a while to look at the views and speak to our neighbour, Dave, who has done so much to encourage and plaintive native wildflower species in the steep garden. He's also been making some little sculptures from found objects in the garden. This is a view towards the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
