Training session at Bols Bartending Academy

I get to do some quite cool training sessions at work. Yesterday it was a cocktail / mixology training session learning how to make balanced drinks. We made a gin martini, daiquiri, and then two original creations. I made a mango lassi style martini and another with fresh strawberries, fresh basil, balsamico liqueur and Bols Genever. This photo was taken at the end of the session but not everything gets consumed; a lot of it goes down the sink!
