Friday 20 April 2012: Souffle
Had a first go at a souffle recipe and it actually turned out ok.
I'll try a chocolate version of it next time around.
Am not too happy with this blip. Towards the end of the day, I realized that I haven't taken one picture today. So I grabbed my camera and took this photo....before the souffle would crash down on me!!!!!!!!!
