Friday 20 April 2012: The View From the Sick Bed
Backblip.
Yesterday wasn't so good. I did sleep but not enough and after my meeting with my new boss my day went downhill from there. Thankfully Friday is a shorter day so as soon as I arrived home I went to bed - sans blip.
Later on my better half brought me a nice cup of tea (not that I could have told you the flavour) and a pint of water. The blip is the view from my sick bed, which was nice and warm and I was very snug in.
I didn't take any drugs until late in the hope that it would control my fever and allow me to sleep through night uninterrupted - which it mostly did.
