...At Last!

Today was my third trip to Bewl Water, Kent. On both of my previous visits I had spent a very long time in the cold and wet and caught absolutely nothing. This morning I was much more optimistic, the sun was out and I had nabbed one of the best boat spots before anyone else was around. I caught this on my second cast, a smashing 3lb 10oz rainbow trout and dinner for me tomorrow! Didn't catch anything else for the rest of the day but this, nor the driving rain/hail which soaked me beyond belief ( I would have stayed drier if I had jumper in!) could dampen my spirits!
