Rainbow in the rain

Woke up in the middle of the night with awful stomach cramps - I think I got a touch of food poisoning from the meal last night but gave me a reason to lie in bed and read a book off N's new kindle

Managed to rouse myself for a late afternoon walk with N's family - weather clouds were amazing, very foreboding

Hope I feel better tomorrow
