Sunday 22 April 2012: A real Jem - slow cooked pork

Down in Cheshire for the weekend. Ate out at Jem and I in Didsbury. Really delicious food, I had slow cooked belly of pork with crispy crackling, cheesy onion mash, rich gravy, prunes, cabbage cooked in butter and garlic. The onion ring was probably superfluous but added to the wow factor
